Product Description The heat is on... and it feels great! This compact fan heater fits anywhere you need to warm up, featuring a dual heat-flow setting that lets you regulate output of warm air. Or use it without heat to help circulate air on days ruled by still, hot air. One-year warranty. Model DFH132.
Amazon.com Review No more worrying about overheating or starting a fire, a ceramic thermal cut-off mechanism shuts the heater down if it's accidentally tipped over or covered with curtains, blankets etc. A dual heat-flow setting makes it easy to regulate. Choose the "hi" setting for 1500 watts or the "lo" setting for 750 watts. And, an adjustable thermostat helps fine-tune temperatures and conserve energy. When winter is over, the fan operates without heat for summer cooling. A built-in handle and wide solid base ensures optimal stability and convenient portability. And, this quiet operator is perfect for any room in the house. An anti-freeze setting automatically turns on the heater when the temperature reaches 44 degrees Fahrenheit. --Brian Olson

Impressive little space heater June 28, 2010 cerkit (Champaign, IL) Although I haven't owned any other small heaters to compare this to, I recommend this item. For two years now, this nicely-priced heater has kept me warm even during the harshest Illinois winters -- which says a lot, considering I'm a California native.
It's light enough to easily move around throughout the day, and its small footprint allows placement almost anywhere -- endtables, nightstands, countertops, shelves and the like. I use it when I'm at my computer workstation (in the garage), and on my nighstand when sleeping. The heat is high-temperature and concentrated, and with auto-shutoff, use is worry-free.
It's probably worth mentioning that at least one acquaintance bought the DeLonghi DFH132 after seeing it at my place. She uses it at her desk in her home office, and has reported being happy with it.
Quit shopping around and get this one. You won't be disappointed.
Perfect to heat or cool down my cube at work June 1, 2010 Really? 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
AC can be very cold or hot at work. I use both the fan and heating functions. It does the work well and it is much less noisy than the previous ones i owned (different brand)
Great, Safety heating! May 25, 2010 K. Frazier (Elgin, TX, US) Most heaters knock out the power in old building but this one does not! It has a low setting that does not use to much power but still keeps you warm and cozy. It also can be used to cool down as well. It is very saft and has great saftey features. Easy to use. I am very happy with my heater!
Does the job May 20, 2010 Pure Logic (western USA) Very convenient for bringing into the office because it's small and portable. It's lasted over 5 years so far, unlike my previous heater, which broke down after only 2 years. Only recently did I begin to use a radiant heater for use at home. It's more quiet and doesn't waste energy blowing air (it's all converted to heat). I've read that energy efficiency doesn't change much based on the kind of heater. I'll know by next winter if this is true.
Perfect little office heater May 4, 2010 Felicia (Dallas, TX) If you have a cold office like me, this is the perfect little heater to keep you warm. Yes, the controls are not so easy to read but for the cost, I think everyone can figure it out just fine.
